Selenium is a tiny teacup male Yorkie who is 5 years old and weighs 4 pounds. He’s an adorable little lap dog who loves to cuddle. He does well with other dogs, both large and small. Selenium is a calm dog who has periods of playfulness and activity. His foster parents work, so he is kept gated in a room with plenty of water, potty pads, and a soft bed during work hours. He has not been destructive at all.
Selenium is house trained if you keep a belly band on him. That reminds him not to go in the house and it works. He has not had any accidents in the house. After a while, the habit should be ingrained and he won’t need that anymore. (We can provide you with a belly band.).
This little guy loves to sleep in bed with his foster parents at night. He enjoys having his people very close to him.
Selenium needs a family without small children since he is very small and could easily be accidentally injured. His preferred family would be one who is home most of the day and has an empty lap waiting for him to occupy. He likes quiet, calm environments but does like to play at times. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who can easily go everywhere with you, Selenium might be a perfect fit!
