McGregor is an 8-year-old, 21 pound Scottie who takes a bit to warm up, but then comes a loyal friend. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. He has an enlarged heart and a slow heart rate and is on medication and special food to manage these conditions. He is looking for a special adopter who will help him make the most of his golden years.
