Glacier
Glacier is a 15 week old Chinese Crested/American Hairless mix puppy. He weighs about 8 lbs but he is still growing. He is a very active and playful little guy full of puppy energy. Glacier will need a secure fenced yard with lots of play time and exercise time. A tired puppy is a good puppy! He likes to go for walks and it doesn’t take a long walk to tire him out. He would love to have doggie chew toys like Nyla bones, kongs stuffed with a little peanut butter, and other indestructible type toys.
Since he’s still a puppy, he will need compassionate guidance and training so he can be the best companion ever! Glacier is currently working on housetraining and would benefit from someone who is home all day until he is fully trained. Obedience training and potty parties (enthusiastically clapping and praising him when he potties outside) will help him to be eager to please you by complying with your wishes. We have a belly band he can wear inside to catch any accidents early on. Potty training can be quickly achieved with the right approach and timing and we can help you with that!
Glacier doesn’t like being crated when left in one while you’re gone as it makes him frantic. He would be better off gated into a small area of the house with plenty of chew toys to keep him busy.
Glacier will be a small dog and will give you years of cuddles, kisses, and companionship.
