Chewbacca is a 10 month old poodle puppy who weighs 11 lbs. Sweet and affectionate best describe him as he loves to sit in his person’s lap. He will quickly bond to his favorite person in the family and follow them around the house.
Chewy is housetrained to a doggy door. If you don’t have one, he’d need to be taken outside every 2-3 hours or whenever he stands by the back door. For his new home, he’s wishing to have another young playmate, but it’s not a necessity as long as he gets plenty of play time and exercise. This boy also loves to go on walks!
Right now, he’s a little timid around new people, but will come out of his shell with a little patience and some lap time. Nyla bones and tug of war ropes are his favorite toys and he will sleep quietly in his crate at night. Sitting for a treat is a trick he has already mastered. You’ll not find a sweeter, more loving pup than this little fellow!
