Meet Harriet, our gentle grandmother with the most fabulous eyelashes you’ve ever seen!
At 8 years old, this miniature schnauzer mix isn’t looking to run marathons, but she’s always up for a cool morning or evening stroll, mostly for the prime sniffing opportunities. Her pace is slow, her manners are sweet, and her heart is full.
Harriet is working on putting on a few extra pounds and prefers her days filled with naps, cuddles, and being doted on like the diva granny she is.
She’s currently in a diaper while we figure out if her potty quirks are from age, bladder size, or just never being fully trained, but she does so well when she can be taken out often.
She’s quiet and calm most of the time, though she’s not afraid to give a feisty bark at wildlife or a passing dog. Stairs? She can do them with a little encouragement. Personality? Gentle, sweet, slow, and just now starting to shine.
Harriet would thrive with a retiree or someone home often who loves a little shadow by their side. If you’ve got room in your heart for a soft, soulful, and slightly sassy senior, Harriet’s your girl.
