Irish is a 2 year old male Yorkie who weighs 13 pounds. He loves to follow his foster mom all around the house and is a Velcro dog. Irish loves to play with other dogs and run up and down the the yard with them. He asks for plenty of doggie toys and Nyla bones (for chewing). He eats well within a group and shows no aggression, unless another dog approaches his food bowl and then he’ll put out a little growl.
Irish is very affectionate and loves to be held in your lap and wants sleeps next to you in bed. He walks well on a leash and looks forward to his walks. Irish is housetrained and uses a doggie door. If mom says, “Let’s go potty,” he will go out the big door. Irish shows no anxiety issues when left alone, but he has his foster brother dogs to keep him company. He does need a playmate to help him expend his high energy level.
Irish warms up to new people quickly and is ready to be your loyal companion.
