Apply to Volunteer

All dogs placed through Oklahoma Westie Rescue will have health checks, personality and temperament evaluations, and will be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless they are too young or have a medical condition that contraindicates this surgery. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that there may not be a dog I am interested in available in rescue at this time. I also understand that my interest in a particular dog does not guarantee that I will be able to adopt that speific dog. I understand that all information on my Preliminary Rescue Adoption Application will be kept confidential; that my application will be kept on file until I notify Oklahoma Westie Rescue that I am no longer interested in a rescue or 1 year (whichever comes first).
